Where The Wind Blows

I apologize for my lack of updates. Spain was just so beautiful, I momentarily forgot about everything else. Don’t worry, I’m getting my groove back so I’ll be posting regularly once again, starting with another beach post.

As you may recall, I spent a few days at Shangri-la Boracay a few months back. Because it’s tucked away in it’s own little corner, I felt like I had the beach all to myself. It’s a nice change from the usual Boracay I know. It was serene and calming so I was able to relax and forget about all my worries. It truly is a paradise. And I only hope my photos do its beauty justice. I even reserved my new favorite bikini for it! I got it from Swimwear World, an online shop that sells your favorite swimwear brands from all over the world. I fell in love with this bikini when I saw its color and the little push-up effect it has. Okay, fine. The push-up effect was a big contributor to its attractiveness. LOL.

You really suit in the swimsuit :) I also enjoy my vacation in Boracay. there’s a lot of place in Boracay for someone who are looking for relaxing and peaceful place to stay, I find The Orient Beach Boracay, very cozy and had a great ambiance, you can find great deals in many sites. it really make me so excited again! Cant wait to see you again Boracay!

Hello, hello, Miss Camille! Long time no comment from me! (insert ashamed face here). Anyway, I have newly discovered Instagram, and yes I only joined this year, so I’ve been keeping up with your posts there as well. I am truly excited for your travel photos and outfit shots from your Barcelona trip. :-D The little sneak peaks I’ve seen are gorgeous!

I too have been having trouble getting back into the techie state of mind, but I had a ball reading through your previous posts and this one. I was pretty down that I didn’t get much Web time over the past few weeks, but I sure had a blast with all the summery outfits you’ve blogged!

I totally have to give you props for this post, though. That bikini has your name written all over it! I love how you paired it with a skirt that just flows in the wind. Actually, ‘flows’ is not the right word to do it justice. I thought of the material as a seamless blend of water. The movement of its folds in your third to the last photo was timed so wonderfully! (You should really think of having your own fashion webzine besides this blog!)

As for your top, I didn’t know it was a cardigan until I read the outfit details. I really thought it was a summer throwover-slash-wrap for beachwear. The simplicity of the color made the aqua-blue of your bikini take the mainstage. The neutral balance is what got you to look so in tune with your peaceful surroundings. I’m glad you were able to find and get some R & R. :-D The cut of the lower part of your bikini top gave levels to your photos of the back of your outfit.

I also noticed the sweet beadwork of your sandal straps. Golly, If I could only personalize my own sandals like that! The artistry is impeccable somehow reminds me of the colorful patterns we have here in places where they sell native wear. (Great pedi color, by the way. Pastel/periwinkle is so cute!)

And last but not least: You pulled off that wet messy bun, hands down. I don’t often see you with your hair up like this, and I have to say it’s very chic. My favorite angle is your photo of splashing water upwards. Your head tilt for that picture showed your hairbun in what looked to me as a sweet, top-knot version of the summer waves.

Thank you Angelic! :) I doubt I’d have the time to maintain a fashion webzine.

The beadwork on my sandals is actually just a print! :) Cool huh? It’s a snakeskin print so it might’ve looked like beads from afar :)

More comments from you please! You have been missed!
