Kuta Beach, Bali

With the help of Access Travel and stories we’ve heard from friends who’ve been to Bali, Kuta Beach is this city’s most well known  and liveliest beach. It’s probably because it’s a great place to surf at so it attracts a lot of young people like us. We initially wanted to surf as well actually. I even made sure to wear my super secure bikini from Cesa just in case I don’t find a rash guard. But when we saw how crazy the waves were, we chickened out one by one.  They were crashing so hard we didn’t think beginner surfers like us could handle it. I know, I know. We retreated like a bunch of boring old ladies. LOL! Looking back, I wish we tried surfing here at least once though. Maybe when we get the chance to go back, we will. For now, I just pretended to be a surfer chick with my surfer cap and hair on. I shall redeem myself some day. Waves =1, Camille =0.

The placement of the 2 pictures after the second picture of you sitting on the blanket makes it look like you are walking on clouds! I wanted to learn how to surf until I learned how hard snowboarding is.

Why don’t you try learning surfing in La Union or in Baler? I never tried surfing too because I’m afraid my strapless bikini would come off and there’s no rash guard for sale. Haha maybe next summer. Anyway, you look so cute with the ball cap and oh how I envy your long thin legs!! (i think I pressed submit comment accidentally, lol) hope to see you soon!

I like how a little masculine and sporty this ensemble is Cams! Looking closely at your left hand though. Is that a henna, a temporary tattoo or just a bracelet that looks like one? (Or my eyes playing tricks on me…) Hihi. Curious nosy one here.

Thanks Adrienne! I use Canon 5d Mark III and Sony A6000 :) I never really had formal training. I just asked help from people who knew how to work their cameras. Just don’t be afraid of asking people. And research too! There are a lot of forums that can help!
