Granny Love

If real men wear pink, real women wear granny pants and boxy shirts. Who’s with me? I remember a time in my life when I thought spaghetti strap tops and mini skirts were everything. I was young then and didn’t know better. Now that I’m older (and hopefully, wiser), I’ve come to appreciate the beauty of clothes like these Stylenanda trousers and neoprene top. They don’t have to be tight, nor do they have to be revealing. Trust me, they can be every bit as noticeable as bodycon dresses. I’m sure some men may disagree with me but hey, I don’t dress for men anyway–at least not for those kinds of men. I dress for me.

Yep! You were right about it! You should dress for yourself and not for any others. You look so exquisite with your attire! Oh, why am I always having the feeling that you have a royal blood within your veins? For months that I’ve been reading your blog, I feel like you were a princess way back before. Or maybe because your a very fine woman.

I prefer a sophisticated look over sexy/daring looks. :) I guess good men also prefer the former. :)

I love your top. I do have old clothes that looks very classy and elegant (it was my mom’s) it just need some alteration so it could fit me and it will be as modern and classy like today’s fashion. Do you do that as well?

Hi Ms. Camille! Classic and elegant as ever! Ms. Cams I wonder if one of the following days you can make a post of what camera you are using and specifications. I know you must get tired of these questions so I think posting a blog about this might be better. :)

As I have observed, your taste with heels have changed dramatically. It has become fiercer, unreadable. What happen along the way? Me not liking it will never be true, but I just need to ask. :)

You rocked the granny pants!! You styled them very well. And yes, who won’t love the comfort of boxy shirts. They’re easy breezy to style and chill. And your shoes are so cute! It reminds me of those pink and tiny barbie doll peep toe sandals haha and I bet, when you become a granny, you’ll still end at the best dress list! You style will never fade!

Awesome message. I totally agree with you!! There’s something so fulfilling in rocking an outfit you love, (which doesn’t necessarily make you the “hottest” girl in the room) but has more of an elegant and classic beauty to it!! :D Love this!! <3

Oh God I couldn’t agree more! I always thought that wearing body cons is NOT dressing up for yourself! Kaya super love ko the Olsen twins, Tilda Swinton, and Phoebe Philo of Celine! They look so chic without having to show a lot of skin and wear super tight clothing!

“I dress for me.” Totes agree Cams! Fashion is after all a peek into our personalities and it’s up to us to make a statement. Even the simplest clothes can look just as fab if you feel like it. Anyway, I love your hair and makeup here. They are so on point and totally classic. Pwede sa office! Although I miss your youthful bangs, this hairdo looks really good on you. BTW, what’s your hair color Cams? I really like it.

Nothing but PURE class and elegance in this total look!
I love that yes the look is “granny and boxy” but the waist is accentuated making it appear very feminine and sexy!
Sexy for the right type of man if you know what I mean;)
Yes I agree, we do dress for ourselves at the end of the day lol.

First of all, if a woman is beautiful as you she can wear anything. Second, I have a soft spot for the boxy and loosely-fitted clothes. I would prefer this look as my favorite over any bodicon one. That said, I really love that top. ^^
