Travel Diary: Miracle Garden

Leave it to Dubai to create another amazing attraction that defies all odds. Who would’ve thought that a desert city where water is scarce would have the world’s biggest natural flower garden? With more than 45 million flowers designed beautifully over a 72,000 square meter site, Dubai’s Miracle Garden lives up to it’s name.

Thank God I listened to you guys and visited this dreamland. So many of you suggested this place through my Instagram that I just had to check it out for myself. Now I understand all the fuss. Miracle Garden is filled with topiary-style displays fashioned into all kinds of shapes and sizes–like an entire neighborhood of flower houses in different styles ranging from country-style houses to oriental ones, for example. Or Dubai’s Burj Khalifa and the giant flower clock! There’s also a river made of flowers that made my face turn into a heart-eyed smiley face. Try as I might to describe all the eye candy I saw here, there’s just no other way for me to do them justice than to shut up and let you enjoy these photos in peace.

P.S. I hear they change the floral displays every season so next time you go to Dubai and visist the Miracle Garden, you’ll be transported to a whole new fantasy land!

Wow! this place is totally fantastic. I am planning to visit dubai this year. I’ve read a lot of blogs about the great destinations in Dubai. Indeed your article add something for me to do. Do you have any recommendation for a 3-day travel? By the way, I am a natural food enthusiast and would like to taste something new every time I travel. I also heard from my Lebanese friends that Filful Beirut is opening in Dubai. Have any idea?

Same here! I’m not sure about Filful Beirut but I definitely recommend trying out Nobu in Atlantis. I hear it’s good. Skip Burj because honestly, I don’t think food there is all that great. :)
