Rocks By The Sea

Don’t worry. I haven’t lost my mind and trekked/ziplined to the rocks by the sea at Sheridan Beach Resort and Spa in this outfit. I cheated and brought this dress with me instead. A place as beautiful as this needs a proper style post so changing in an open hut is a small price to pay.

This simple maxi dress is probably the most unforgiving maxi dress in the entire universe. It just clings to the body, with not one curve spared. If you ever come across a dress like this, don’t shy away from it. Try it on and embrace your body. Who knows? You might just like what you see. If not, there’s always Spanx to save the day.

Bravo to this very diligent blogger! I love the fact that you really changed outfits pa for this specific blogpost. That you took the opportunity to have this as your style post’s background haha i actually admire you on this one. I love how your dress stood out because honestly I think the rocks don’t compliment the dress but I love how you carry yourself in that dress. So much class and elegance despite the motif of this blog post. Bravo indeed.

Thank you Katrin! I think the rocks provide a nice contrast to the dress :) It somehow worked out in the end :)

i wonder how you managed to bring that dress all the way there, wrinkle-free?

It’s knit so it doesn’t wrinkle much but rolling instead of folding helps :)

nice outfit, camille. if you don’t mind, I’ll be attending my friend’s sister’s wedding this sept. What appropriate dress must i wear and accessories to match it up? does it necessarily have to be chiffon? thanks :)

No not really. Silk, jersey, powerknit, satin are just some to add to your choices. :) Also, consider the dress code. Some require formal, while others just semi-formal :)

You shouldn’t really be shy Miss Camille because you are very sexy! I find it funny you took courage to change outfit in an open hut for this post! Ikaw na talaga! :D :)
If I were to wear the dress, maybe when I haven’t eaten anything yet so my tummy wouldn’t be there to photobomb and ruin the moment :D
