Soaking Up The Sun

My blogger besties and I seem to have the most fun at the beach so whenever the opportunity presents itself, we welcome it with open arms–ready to give it a big fat bear hug. Our latest beach getaway happened a few months back when we were whisked away to Puerto Princesa for a 3 day 2 night stay at Sheridan Beach Resort and Spa. Although I’ve been to Sheridan before for an event, it was only now that I was able to really explore and enjoy everything it has to offer. Boy was I spoilt rotten! I never wanted to leave the place! I’ll tell you all about it on my next posts because there are just too many awesome things to share with you. For now, let me leave you with a new editorial I shot at Sheridan’s pristine beach as a teaser of what’s to come.

Beautiful photos and I like your hat :) But I think the best hat for me would be the one that says “do not disturb” 😊

This is one of my fave beach get-ups from you tbh :) I just really love how it looks haha. The maillot and skirt really suit each other and the hat really completed the perfect beach get-up :)

Malliots shouldn’t be missing in any girl’s closet. It’s definitely a must have specially to us girls (LOL) who aren’t summer ready. HAHAHA it’s so perfect in hiding chubby tummies. :D

Hello, Miss Camille! I’m having a ball catching up with your blog. Your travel posts and new style mixes always give me a great boost for fashion goals and travel destinations. I admire how much you’ve evolved these past months in terms of aesthetics, poses, and piece choices.

It’s a joy to see how far you’re willing to take your posts now. Besides your fashion and travel writings, I’m definitely having fun reading your latest discoveries on beauty products, must-try activities, and of course: FOOD TRIPS! Your adventure in the Middle East had me drooling over the delectable dishes that you showed.

Your beauty and clothing choices are getting more sophisticated. Even some of your old favorites that you love pairing with your new finds get a new look. Your studded, nude-colored heels for example. Paired with the new articles of clothing in the previous posts, they took on a sassier edge, pumped up by the cut and colors of your clothes.

I’m also happy you’re exploring lipstick shades. I was fascinated by the palette you’ve been using. The fuschia tint makes your cheekbones look higher. The lip hue you’re using for this post is so fruity looking because of your summer gear!

I just love that maillot you’re sporting. Sorbet shades with vertical stripes are surprisingly fun looking when put together. I haven’t seen a combination like that yet in the summer sales. The skirt is an especially nice touch for a throwover. Beaching has never looked so chic! Kudos for your footwear, hat, and pearl accessories too. Those bronzy earth shades deviating from the classic white is a refreshing change. I think of the concept as what a mermaid would wear on casual days. :-D

I’m excited to read your official post for this teaser. I do apologize I haven’t been in touch for a while, but I hope you know I keep up with you on Instagram and I read your blog entries the moment I get the chances to. I love writing to you in these comments and composing my thoughts on your posts is a definitely something I look forward to.
