Travel Diary: Paris After Dark

In our quest for one of a kind tours in Paris, my sister and I booked Localers’ “Walk On The Dark Side Of Paris” tour–an urban exploration around Paris’ darker, seedier and spookier side. It’s definitely not like your usual tour. We were treated to stories of Paris’ untold legends, mysteries and murders against the picturesque backdrop of the city’s famous places like the Conciergerie, Place Dauphine, Pont Neuf, the Louvre, Notre Dame, and more. My favorite part of the tour though is walking along the lesser known parts of the city. It made feel like a true insider which is really why I like joining Localers’ tours. I’m not giving anything away though so that you can try it yourself when you visit Paris. For now, I hope the photos are enough to do the tour justice. Paris is the City of Lights after all. It only gets prettier and prettier as the sun goes down.

Beautiful photos! I’m crossing my fingers for a visit in March… You seem to have the comfiest shoes. May I know the brand? Thanks 😊
