Ruffle It Up

Too much ruffles can be tricky. You can either look extra dramatic or ready to take on the National Ballroom Dancing competition. Let’s be honest, ruffles can easily look tacky. But like everything else in fashion, there is hope. You just have to find the right combination. Going for good old black and white is a safe bet. It somehow quiets down the ruffles without taking the drama out of them. It’s bold but at the same time cautious.

Loving this ruffled look <3 I think it's also important to find the balance and pair items that aren't too "dramatic" or you risk looking a little tacky and outdated hahah :P Your look is the perfect combination of chic and elegant :)

You look stunning as always! You’re right! We just need to find the right combination to balance the dramatic effect of ruffles. If you don’t mind, may I know who takes your photos and where you edit them? Thanks! xoxo

So stylish, Camille! I love it!

May I ask if you used your Canon Mark 5D iii + 24-70mm lens for taking these photos? They all look so beautiful! :)

I love ruffles! For me, the best combination for ruffles is something edgy especially when it’s basic and I even designed ruffled outfits combined with something edgy. Oh that skirt though. I am going to set my eyes on that skirt and will travel every corner of the world just to buy that lol.
