Country Girl

You can easily tell from my hair color that these shots were taken a while back. I was off to give a talk for Chalk Magazine’s Campus Tour at Far Eastern University that day. It was especially hot then so pants and anything else made with more than 1 and a half yards of fabric were out of the question. But then again, I couldn’t wear anything too revealing and short as well because I was going to a school. So what’s a girl to do? Wear the in-betweens! I got a pair of shorts that are cut just a few inches above my knees and a sleeveless top that provides just the right amount of coverage. Both are in soft and thin fabrics and have a loose fit so they allowed good ventilation of what little air came my way. You see, extremely hot weather is my enemy. I don’t succumb to it with giving it a good fight.

    This outfit reminds me of Hannah Montana days or the songs of Taylor Swift!(kaya nga country diba)haha The shorts is just right for the sunny weather that time,hindi masyadong maikli to prevent from burning from the scorching hot of the sun. And the wavey-wavey top is just perfect for the easy-brezzy weather with the sunny day.The bag reminds me of my school bag right now(though it’s not LV) can’t afford pa kasi right now. I also love the studs from the heels and the hat also. Everything was perf for a casual errands day! XOXO
