Black And White Elegance

For those of you who are looking for ways to style their balloon skirts a bit more conservatively than how I styled my pleated pink skirt here, I’ve come up with another outfit featuring a more forgiving top. I hear you. Our tummies aren’t always in the best shape for super short cropped tops and sexy numbers. So, here come boxy tops to our rescue! If you remember, I actually already have a top that looks so much like this one. But that didn’t have a super cute ribbon at the back, so my wanting this top is totally justifiable. (I can already imagine my sister’s eyes rolling.) Plus, one can never have too many black and white clothes, right? They’re classics for a reason! (Stop rolling your eyes, sister!)

Balloon skirts are indeed perfect for cropped tops! I can every dare to wear that ensemble despite of my semi-large figure! haha ;) Love the skirt and top, Ms. Camille! :D

I always admire your monochromatic ensemble. It’s always so clean, minimalist but very classy and sophisticated. Perfect for day or night out. I always love how red stands out. Definitely right! Black and white never gets old! ;)

I have to say, you always exude class and sophistication. ^^ I wish I had a place to wear a similar outfit, but with school these days, I am wrapped in pants/jeans all the time. :/

Thanks Dilek! But at least you can still look stylish in pants! I’m sure you can!

I really thought this was a whole dress at first glance with just a hole in the tummy area. The skirt and the black part of the dress parang same ng texture so I did a double take. hahaha.

Since when did you start wearing your hair without a bangs??!! (Di pa ako tapos mag backtrack ng photos and di ko pa nakita ang last post mo with your bangs on. lolol) I was really trying to put a finger to some changes and I realized now that it’s your bangs.
