Feathers

Hello from La Union! I went to this little surfers’ paradise to cover Soul Surf 2014 a few weeks back. Although it was technically work for me, it was still a welcome escape–away from the hustle and bustle that is Manila. You know me, the beach forever holds a special place in my heart. This is probably the reason why out of all the pretty clothes available at 80’s Purple, I chose this beach-ready coordinate. Isn’t it adorable? (Insert smiley face with heart-shaped eyes here.)

I wasn’t really supposed to accessorize this outfit anymore but since my new necklaces from Gorjana just arrived, I couldn’t wait to show them off! I’m head over heels in love with them! (Insert smiley face with heart shaped eyes here once again.) I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I rarely wear bulky accessories anymore. I seem to get attracted to sleeker and daintier designs now, be it rings, necklaces, or bracelets. These gold Gorjana necklaces are exactly what I’m looking for, the type I can layer and mix and match easily to create interesting combinations that are effortless and easy breezy!

Effect of feather prints are crazy love. And your shorts have pockets. Small things to be thankful for! Haha. I agree with the love of beaches! Where you can unwind and think of anything under the sun without thinking of yourself becoming insane with deep thoughts. LOL. Let the waves wash them off. ;)

    HI, Ms. Cams!

I luv that your nails are cut right — the rounded square. …. not the claw-type nails i often see with the nails clipped off almost all the way to the very edge of the nail bed..shudder!!

Good one! And nice outfit, too :)

Am still waiting for your post on how you organize your gazillions of accessories, esp when u travel :)

Love the matching top and skirt. That’s a must essential for every girl! Swear, i totally want a pair for myself too! Hahaha anyway, your accessorizing here is just perf! It’s not too much (perfect for the beach ready fashion theme) and they’re super simply gorgeous. Can’t wait to read more of your SoulSurf2014 trip and your Thailand trip and looking forward to your Macau trip! Wow, I bet your passport is full already by the year ends haha :)
