Heat and sweat are two of my mortal enemies. They make me so uncomfortable and irritable that I just can’t deal. But for some reason, this isn’t the case whenever I’m at the beach. I magically turn into this lover of sunshine, welcoming the heat with open arms. You won’t find me hiding under a shade. No sir! I’d be out front, sunbathing and playing in the water for hours. This is the power of the beach on me. And this is the reason why I can surprisingly stand the heat at Sumilon Blue Water Island Resort whilst in this long-sleeved tunic dress.
You see, the beach to me is like true love. It can make you do surprising things. #HUGOT

Hi Mitch! You mean for styling? I like Bumble and Bumble, Percy Reed and Living Proof products :) But for the beach, if you’re lazy to use a mermaid wave curler, then just put some mousse on your wet hair, scrunch it up and voila!

I resonated so deeply of the loathing on heat and sweat! It’s a month into autumn yet it still feels like summer! There was a rare cold day and my spirits lifted immensely. And that was when I realised how dependant my mood was on the weather haha ah. I’ll consider it kismet that you showcased a dress with bohemian details when I just found one of my own from Free People (which I adore) at a thrift store.

We’re just the same po. I hate heat and sweat so much, I don’t even know how I survive summer lels however it’s not (more like never) the case when I’m at the beach. I don’t even know how to swim yet I love the beach so much 😄 Kahit pa maging negra na po ako 😂

I feel the same way towards heat and sweat. Especially when you just got out of the bath tapos biglang pinawisan. And I feel the same as well when it comes to pool and beaches. Di mo ako mapapaalis sa tubig unless may sumigaw na may pagkain. Hahaha. Pareho pala tayong mahilig sa beaches. :)
