Whenever I post photos of myself in sexy outfits, I always get questions about how I keep myself fit. It’s simple really. I work out. Yes, I may have been blessed with a fast metabolism and small frame but being thin doesn’t equate to being fit. Being thin doesn’t mean well-proportioned. And lastly, being thin by solely relying on good genes doesn’t last forever. (Hello 30, I’m ready for you!) These are just a few of the reasons why I always push myself to continue working out despite my hectic schedule and occasional laziness. (Okay fine. Maybe more than “occasional”.) These reasons, in addition to more important health issues and my overall well-being, motivate me to drag my ass to Fitness First at least 3 times a week.
I’m sure there are some of you who are thinking, “but I don’t know how to work out! I can’t work out! I’m too weak.” Look at me. Do I look like The Hulk? Everyone has to start somewhere. And complaining about your health and physique as if there is nothing you can do to improve your situation is not going to help. The fact of the matter is, how you look and how you feel rely solely on you–on the choices you make and the actions you take. Change your lifestyle, make time and go further. You can do this!
