Welcome To The Dark Side

I’ve officially embraced the dark side—of my hair, I mean. I’ve been trying so hard to darken my then blonde hair that in a span of a month, I dyed it thrice! I’m sure you didn’t notice the change because my hair is just so stubborn. For some weird reason, light colors stick so well on my hair, I don’t even have to bleach it, but when it comes to dark colors, that’s another story. They keep fading like there’s no tomorrow! My stylist finally noticed it too so she decided to put this ash color that’s at least 3 or 4 shades darker than my intended hair color. By the time it fades (which is already happening now), it’ll be just right. I’m so happy with the change! It’s so much easier to style myself now, both in terms of makeup and clothing.

For my first outfit post back in my dark roots, I thought I’d dress a bit edgier to match my hair. I got my green leather jacket from badass Spanish brand, Quirky Me and matched it with a sexy cropped top and shorts ensemble. A bold look for a bold change! What do you think?

    They always say dark hair colors make you look younger! We have different hair, I always try go get light shades but they never work but its always easy coloring my hair in darker shades, haha! I love that you used a leather jacket which makes a girl look badass then paired it with a floral print which makes you look sweet. You got the best of both worlds! ;))
