Think Pink

As much as I love Christmas, let’s face it–it’s gotta be the most fattening holiday of the year. The parties never end, and food and booze just keep coming. Prepare to say sayonara to that flat tummy of yours because it’ll disappear along with 2014. It’s inevitable, we’re all bound to pack on a few pounds–which if you ask me, shouldn’t be anything to worry about. I’m a firm believer that one must never let any diet hinder you from fully indulging this season. It’s Christmas after all. It’s only right to go all out! This is why I always make sure to stock up on party dresses like this come holiday season. It’s sexy but not too form-fitting that it’s still able to hide whatever evidence there is that I’ve been eating waaaaay too much Christmas treats. Jolly jolly ho ho!

No arguments on the packing a few pounds for the holidays, Miss Camille! I think all the refrigerators, tables, platters, and tureens will also be groaning under the weight of the Christmas delicacies. Glad you’re also one to indulge in treats. I’ve been eyeing plenty of cookies myself.

Anyway, pink is often overlooked this time of year, especially when it comes to outfit choices. I’ve been seeing more luxe, jewel tones all around the fashion track. Your dress is very refreshing, despite its classic, draping silhouettes. In a sea of deep plums and wine-reds, you will definitely stand out as youthful and cheery! The color itself will suggest the young and joyous spirit of this yuletide. I like how the fabric drops just right around the hips and falls like water. It’s also practical because you can still sit comfortably even after second (or third) helpings of a little bit of everything from the buffet. :-D

The hue of pink makes your skin have that flushed, happy look. I noticed the reflect effect in the first photo of you. Cool pick on the tones of your makeup as well. I saw a similar look on the period-piece series Reign. I think the playful tones match your choice of pink. :-D

I can’t pick a favorite from your accessories! Since they’re custom-made, I can tell why you decided to let jazz up your look. The personal touch is definitely a must! Hmmm… would a corsage bracelet of small blush primroses also add to your arm party? :-D

That’s vital! To be able to sit comfortable after eating so much. :)

I think a corsage bracelet would look lovely. But I wanted more diamonds and gold to make my outfit look a bit more sophisticated. :) The dress do have a certain effect on my skin. I noticed that too! :)
