Sending Shivers Down My Spine

When I was packing for Santorini, in my head, I was packing for a warm mediterranean holiday. Swimsuits, light cover-ups, maxi dresses with slits up to heaven, sheer clothes, short shorts–you get the picture. Little did I know that by night time, it was a totally different story. To put it bluntly, I almost froze to death (what a tragic ending that would’ve been for my romantic getaway)–especially when I wore this sexy lace number. But at least, it looked awesome during the day (probably at night too if I wasn’t trembling like a scared little puppy). So word to the wise, don’t trust the temperature reading. Check out the wind and real feel as well when you’re traveling to a place for the first time.

Camille, what kind of slip did you put underneath the dress? Or did it come with its own attached slip? I always wonder how to wear dresses like this!

Folded in a plastic garment bag. :) It didn’t take up much space, believe it or not.

Love this dress so much <3 :) It's so pretty! And aww, I know exactly what you mean Camille! That's how I feel whenever I travel too – I always think I'm prepared, but the weather always seems to throw some kind of curveball at me D: Haha glad you made it out alive despite the chilly weather!
